  This forum contains a number of character builds, which are unique ways to make and play NWN characters. This forum aims to make it easy to find a build which suits your needs.
  - Arcane Spellcasters (Character Builds) (15, 20)
    This subforum contains community created arcane spellcaster builds, written by both new and experienced players.
  - Baldur’s Gate NPCs for NWN (10, 4)
  - Discussion (Character Builds) (0, 0)
    General discussion and enquiries about character building.
  - Divine Spellcasters (Character Builds) (3, 1)
    This subforum contains community created divine spellcaster builds, written by both new and experienced players.
  - Dual spellcasters (Character Builds) (1, 1)
    This subforum contains community created dual spellcaster builds, builds who have two or more casting classes written by both new and experienced players.
  - Hybrids and Miscellaneous (Character Builds) (4, 17)
    This subforum contains community created hybrid melee/ranged builds as well as miscellaneous builds which are not well classified into other categories. These are written by both new and experienced players.
  - Melee Combatants (Character Builds) (22, 13)
    This subforum contains community created melee combat builds, written by both new and experienced players. These are classes such as fighter, paladin, ranger, barbarian, blackguard, monk, bards who use a melee weapon to defeat enemies. Rogues and Assassins have their own subforum.
  - Merchant and Role-Playing Builds (Character Builds) (2, 1)
    This subforum contains community created merchant (ie crafting magic scrolls, potions and wands to sell to players) and role-playing builds, written by both new and experienced players.
  - NWN Campaign NPC rebuilds (14, 3)
  - Ranged Combatants (Character Builds) (1, 5)
    This subforum contains community created ranged combat builds, written by both new and experienced players. These include builds such as arcane archers (who do not have significant spell casting), fighters, paladins and bards who used a ranged attack to defeat enemies. Rogues and Assassins have their own separate subforum.
  - Rogues and Assassins (Character Builds) (5, 2)
    This subforum contains community created rogue and assassin builds, written by both new and experienced players. These are builds that rely on sneak attack, traps and other skill based features to defeat opponents and complete modules.
  - Spellswords and Spellbows (Character Builds) (13, 19)
    This subforum contains community created spellswords and spellbows builds (characters who have a useful physical attack along with spellcasting) written by both new and experienced players. This doesn't include primary class clerics and druids (who are considered divine spellcasters) or bards (who are considered a warrior type).

  This forum contains guides on running persistent worlds (PWs) and being an effective dungeon master (DM), which are both challenging tasks.

    General discussion about DMing and PWs. Please feel welcome to write about the PW that you play or run. Some suggestions include writing about the whether it is RP focus, action focused, or both, what is the level range, what is the general magic range (ie +5 enchantment, +10 enchantment etc), whether PvP is a focus, what is the community like etc etc... please remember the forum rules which include removal of negative comments. I am supportive of PWs and encourage more PWs to form and be created.
