I will need to rethink this build since monks need to be lawful yet Sehanine Moonbow demands that her priests must be free-spirited.
Anyway, the build will work outside of the World of Greyhawk (WoG) in a more generic NWN setting.
In WoG, Fharlanghn allows his clerics to be lawful neutral and they can choose from luck, protection and travel domains. Races he allows include elf, gnome, half-elf, half-orc, halfling and human (so anything but dwarf). Alternately, Boccob allows his clerics to be lawful neutral and they can choose from knowledge, magic and trickery domains. Races he allows include elf, gnome, half-elf, halfling and human. So, in WoG, one could choose to worship Fharlanghn or Boccob as a lawful neutral priest but would need to give up one of the two chosen domains of the build.
