Flaming big sword, added divine damage, hasted from travel domain, lots of other cleric goodness (high AB with buffs, the Silence self aura and spell resistance). Source: NWN EE (WoG PW)
Build commentary:
I looked at ways to create a cleric based kensai (robed warrior using a sword), this is what I created – divine might / divine shield using, travel domain cleric with devastating critical, eventual UMD and rogue skills. The other domain ideally would be trickery, but animal domain, healing and protection works well, along with any other domain of your choice.
The build is a very different approach to the Cleric 38/Monk 1/Rogue 1 combination which usually utilises DC spell casting (ie blade barrier/implosion) and Zen Archery (Zen Healer and Maximillian Kane’s Demolition Man). Kensai of the Heavens uses melee, greatsword and has divine damage too.
Another choice might have been unarmed, would have been perfectly fine too, but something nice about a big sword dealing a lot of damage, greatsword also has a better critical hit threat range than fists, and keen weapon can be cast on it (unable to be used on fists as far as I know!).
Potential AC with +5 equipment: 10 +5(dex) + 11(wis) +8 (tumble) +2 (armor skin), +5 Expertise +5 Armor +5 Nat +5 Deflection +5 Dodge +4 Dodge(haste) +9 Dodge (Divine Shield) = 74
