    My best attempt at Rogues who can get Dex 50 (Base 38 dex +12 max from equipment/spells/potions = 50).

    Halfling Rogue

    The Halfling Rogue has 45 AB, 13d6 sneak attack, Epic Dodge as soon as possible (lvl 27). Retrieve Epic Traps, Set Epic Traps, good saves, improved knockdown/blind fight, Expertise/Armor Skin for amazing AC. Shortsword and shield for AC.

    Improved two weapon fighting could be included at the cost of Great Fortitude and Knockdown/Improved Knockdown, and changing the weapon to daggers.

    Elven Rogue

    The elven version, has similar stats. AB is slightly lower at 44, saves are less, and there is less HP. The elven version however, will knock down enemies better, and have keen senses, able to finesse a Rapier, and have a little more strength, can use a Tower Shield and a Longbow for ranged damage.

    Improved two weapon fighting could be included at the cost of Great Fortitude and Knockdown/Improved Knockdown and changing the weapons to shortswords.

    These are some Rogue 33 Variants who can get also 50 dex. They lose a little strength, health, armor skin and epic prowess, but gain a lot of skill points, and get 19d6 sneak attack, and 20 dex at the beginning.
