TheSquid
This is a build I made for a friend, meant to be played in a party adventure (together with the Party Tank and more people). She has the trademarks of the defensive Rogue (Uncanny Dodge, Improved Evasion, Epic Dodge, Self Concealment 5, HiPS), 41 AB with 4 attacks per round, 15d6 Sneak Attack, Crippling Strike, good saves and a good skillset. She is meant to be easy and fun to play and to play with.

40: Disable Trap(1), Hide(1), Move Silently(1), Open Lock(5), Search(1)No Set Trap (or Craft Trap) is taken as it is assumed to be not so much fun in a party. I guess nobody ever needs 37(48) points in Open Lock, so those skillpoints can go anywhere (Spot?).
There are several builds with this class combination in the Epic Character Search Engine, but none with this level split. Still, I claim no originality.
I hope other people will enjoy playing this roguish Rogue!

Hi TheSquid!
This is just lovely. 15d6 sneak attack with Crippling Strike, undispellable 50% concealment with Hide in Plain Sight, Epic Dodge, Improved Evasion and high AC, 400 hit points and a decent Fort and effective Will save (23+4 saves vs spells) for a rogue makes this character very forgiving to play. In a party with your Party Tank, this rogue is going to output a lot of damage, running around the battlefield sneaking em. It will be hard for physical combatants to damage this rogue as well!
Thanks for sharing.
