These were the best “Spell Immune” Str and Dex Monks I could come up. I am hoping they can hit things somewhat.
Of the two I think the Dex Elf Monk is the better one. The extra dex also allows decent AC, to be a competent archer allowing hit and run with +110 monk speed, keen senses / longbow proficiency and high stealth. The ranged attacks are useful against damage shields from spell casters as well.
“Spell immunity”
Spell immunity to PC cast spells is obtained with Spell Resistance 67.
A level 40 spell caster with epic spell penetration (SP 46+1d20) can never penetrate spell resistance 67, except with Mord’s or Breaches. Monk Spell Resistance cannot be lowered by Mord’s or Breaches, so they can achieve theoretical ‘spell immunity’.
SR 67 can be obtained with Monk 37 and ten Improved Spell Resistance feats.
A module designer could create a creature with a caster level above level 40. In practice I think this would be extremely rare but perhaps I could be wrong?
