Hail, everyone!
This is my interpretation of Tomi Undergallows, the Halfling henchman from the OC. He was the character I traveled the most with, not because I particularly liked him (he was a bastard!), but because he was just SO USEFUL! The OC had many locked doors, and if you weren’t a Rogue or had a Pixie Familiar, the bastard was pretty much the only choice you had! I still vividly remember him saying: “Oy, I can pick that open easy!” 100 times in a row! I also remember his story, how he doublecrossed his mate and stole an item for himself. He was a sneaky, backstabbing, evil sob, and there’s no better build than this to represent that. However, I must give credit where credit is due, for this build isn’t mine. It’s a slightly tweaked version of Grimnir’s Tiny Reaper build. I asked for his permission to use it as Tomi, and he benevolently said yes.
This is a very good, optimized, sneaky, backstabbing, Assassin build, with all the Rogue goodies one could possibly want, and pretty much the most Sneak Attack damage that any build can have.

If you don’t want both Listen and Spot, you can take the points from one of them and invest them in Lore, so he can ID items as well. If there are no Epic Traps, you can take lots of points from his Disable Traps and Set traps skill and put them elsewhere. Perhaps in Bluff, since he was always so full of shit LOL.
